Project detail
WebVinext Platform
The next iteration of my personal site: a content-driven portfolio rebuilt for Cloudflare Workers with a stronger editorial system and cleaner runtime boundaries.
Highlights
- Rebuilt personal site on Cloudflare Workers for better runtime alignment
- Implemented validated MDX content layer for structured publishing
- Strengthened editorial visual language and platform architecture integration
- Fixed Worker preview compatibility for reliable development workflow
Architecture
Vinext-based React App Router with MDX content generation, deployed to Cloudflare Workers with asset and image bindings
Challenges
- Aligning preview behavior with production Worker runtime
- Balancing content model structure with publishing flexibility
- Integrating visual design with platform architecture as a unified product surface
Outcome
Stronger base for ongoing writing, case studies, and product experiments with reliable preview/deploy workflow
Overview
Problem
The previous portfolio lacked a durable content model and did not communicate technical depth clearly enough. It acted more like a static brochure than a platform that reflects current engineering capability.
Approach
I rebuilt the site around generated MDX modules instead of runtime frontmatter parsing, strengthened the editorial visual language, kept validation in the content layer for structured publishing, and fixed Worker preview compatibility to reduce platform friction.
Outcome
The result is not just a nicer portfolio. It is a stronger base for ongoing writing, case studies, and future product experiments with a reliable preview/deploy workflow and clearer engineering narrative.
