About Me

Complex Problem Solver | DevSecOps · AI · Infrastructure | Systems Builder

From Curiosity to Engineering

I'm Ghandy (@Ghandyofmetal). I build systems where backend, infrastructure, DevSecOps, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity don't compete—they align to solve real problems.

I started out of curiosity. I wanted to understand how things actually worked, not just use them. That curiosity led me to Linux, server administration, and eventually to designing complete systems with architectural judgment.

I’m not interested in code that merely “gets out the door.” I care about software that survives production, reduces operational friction, and stops depending on magic once it starts growing.

I work with Python, Go, Rust, Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud. But beyond the tool list, what I bring is perspective: I understand backend, infrastructure, security, and delivery as parts of the same system.

What I Build

I design architectures that scale, automate what others do manually, and solve problems that are too often left “for later.” I care about building robust systems where backend, infrastructure, security, and AI converge around real value, not empty demos.

In practice, that means products that are easier to operate, easier to maintain, and harder to break. If a solution doesn’t improve clarity, stability, or delivery capability, I’m not interested in decorating it—I’d rather redesign it.

Architecture & DevSecOps

Containers and Infrastructure as Code (Docker, Terraform), cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Fly.io), Linux server administration, and CI/CD for repeatable, reliable deployments.

Backend & Development

Python, Golang, Rust, and TypeScript. I design microservices, API gateways, modular systems, and products that connect business logic with user experience.

AI & Automation

RAG architectures, LLM orchestration (LangFlow, RagFlow), Model Context Protocol (MCP), ComfyUI, and AI agents that automate repetitive work without losing traceability.

Cybersecurity

Active participation in CTFs, cybersecurity for cyber-physical systems (CPS), technical audits, and protection strategies designed for critical infrastructure.

How I Work With You

My process follows a clear cycle designed to deliver value quickly without sacrificing judgment:

  1. Diagnosis: I understand the real problem, the context, and the failure points before touching a line of code.
  2. Technical design: I define the architecture clearly so the solution is visible before it’s built.
  3. MVP: I deliver a first version that is useful, fast, and verifiable.
  4. Iteration: I adjust based on real data, not assumptions.
  5. Documentation: I leave decisions, dependencies, and constraints clear.
  6. Deployment: I close with a foundation that can support growth without becoming fragile.

What I DON'T do:

  • Quick fixes that break tomorrow
  • Undocumented code
  • Non-scalable architectures
  • Projects without technical clarity from the start
  • Products that look good in demo and fail in production

The Discipline Behind the Code

I believe professional performance is tied to personal well-being and a structured routine. My work doesn’t depend only on writing code; it depends on maintaining a system that lets me think clearly and execute without noise.

I train, protect my energy, and keep habits that support focus. That discipline is not decorative—it’s the same discipline I apply to architecture, deployment, and complex problem-solving.

Beyond the Screen

When I’m not configuring a server or testing a new LLM, I unwind through storytelling. Manga and anime—especially epic fantasy, tactical stories, and isekai—stand out because they mix strategy, imagination, and world-building.

I’m also interested in:

  • Philosophy applied to real life
  • Economics with real ROI
  • Geopolitics with a dose of sarcasm
  • Music (the handle has 'metal' for a reason)
